Terms and Conditions

  Northern Tactical LLC is a fully licensed firearms dealer.  Please read our return and refund policy below.  Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions, and view all pictures provided!  If you have questions, please contact us with your questions prior to purchase! 

  - If you accidently purchase something because of your lack of attention to detail in our descriptions, that sucks, you now own that product.  

  - If you are paying with Credit/Debit card, we do not accept CC Payments over the phone.  Please use the checkout system provided.  Receipts are available for all credit card transactions.  We do accept payments via CHECK (personal or business only) or USPS Money Order ONLY.  No other types of wire/electronic/or check payments are accepted, nor will they be considered.  

  - If a transaction is voided for any reason will result in a 23% restocking fee.  If payment is not mailed or paid within 7 days, and the buyer has not communicated with us within that 7 days, the transaction will be VOIDED.  Once payment is received orders can no longer be voided or canceled.  All purchases will be shipped within 7 days of payment being received or cleared through the bank.

  - If you are purchasing a firearm, buyers are responsible for supplying all information of a legal FFL/C&R to which the firearm is to be shipped too.  Please be sure to know and understand your local and state laws pertaining to firearms ahead of a firearm purchase, as not all states and locations are the same!  IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A BUYER, TO BE A RESPONSIBLE BUYER, WE HOLD PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE.  BE AN EDUCATED/INTELLIGENT BUYER.  Any questions please feel free to contact us through our contact information provided.  Our email is northerntactical.llc@gmail.com.  Thank you for your time and interest!
